Topic 1 concerns a body camera video of Sevier County (Tennessee) Sheriff’s Deputy Justin Johnson firing shots at unarmed Brian Keith Mullinax before having a panic attack while holding handcuffed Tina Carrie Jo Cody at gunpoint. Deputy Johnson was forcibly disarmed by paramedic Michael O’Connor. Reference was also made to paramedic Blake Gregg, landlord Robin Sutton and Detective Johnny Bohanan.
