Deputy Sanders attempts to Taser Sanders at close range and ends up shooting Sanders while running backwards to keep from being stabbed. Topic 2 concerns a video of Cincinnati (Ohio) Police shooting and wounding an unidentified suicidal woman armed with a knife when she forced her way into an adjacent home while trying to get away from police.
