Topic 1 concerns Polk County (Florida) Sheriff Grady Judd who is being sued by Andres Borreno for not allowing him to enter into a Hurricane Irma shelter unless he produced an identification so they could conduct a warrant, sex offender and predator check.

Topic 2 concerns the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) refusing to file federal charges against six (6) Baltimore Police officers (a.k.a. The Baltimore Six) involved in the arrest and death of Freddie Gray. Reference was made to State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby in the story.

Topic 3 concerns the New York Police Department (NYPD) releasing body camera footage of Officer Jesus Ramos Tasering and then officers Mark Fleming and Redmond Murphy fatally shooting Miguel Richards who was armed with a knife and a gun. This is NYPD’s first video release of a fatal officer involved shooting since they started the body camera program.
