LEO Round Table is an internet based law enforcement talk show. This is episode 23, recorded on 02/29/2016, with the following on-air personalities: Chip DeBlock (Host), Luke Lirot (Attorney), Bret Bartlett, Mark Hopper and Bobby Alsip. We produce two 30 minute shows each week that are normally released on our YouTube channel Tuesdays and Thursdays. In addition to your host, the other panelists (with the exception of Attorney Luke Lirot) are active or retired law enforcement officers as well.

Topic 1 concerns Apple versus the FBI. A federal court order has been issued instructing Apple to unlock Syed Farook’s iPhone and Apple is fighting back. Syed Farook is one of the San Bernardino shooters with alleged terrorist ties. Quoted in the story is Apple CEO Tim Cook, FBI Director James Comey, Senator Richard Burr, Manhattan (New York) District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. and Senator Dianne Feinstein.

Topic 2 concerns Prince William County (Virginia) Police Department Officer Ashley Guindon who was allegedly shot and killed by Ronald Williams Hamilton. Ashley Guindon was killed on her first day on the job. The shooter, Hamilton, also allegedly shot and killed his wife Crystal Hamilton. Also wounded in the exchange of gunfire was Officer Jesse Hempen and Officer David McKeown. Quoted in the story is Prince William County Police Department Chief Steve Hudson.

Topic 3 concerns the shooting rampage of gunman Cedric Ford in Kansas. Cedric Ford was armed with an AK-47 style assault rifle and a .40 caliber pistol while killing 3 people and wounding 14 others. During the shooting spree and before Cedric Ford could kill an additional 200 – 300 people in a factory, Hesston Police (Kansas) Chief Doug Schroeder engaged him in gunfire inside the factory and killed Ford. Quoted in the story is Harvey County (Kansas) Sheriff T. Walton.

Topic 4 concerns Buffalo Police (New York) Police Officer Richard N. Hy who has been suspended from his job without pay for one month and brought up on disciplinary charges. Officer Hy produces short, humorous videos under the name of Angry Cops on social media which is what led to his discipline.
