Topic 1 concerns defendant Lamarr Chambers who was released from jail after 47 days to a hospital by Essex (England) Police after being arrested on drug charges including swallowing some of them. Although provided food and water while in jail, defendant Chambers refused to use the toilet to the point where it affected his health. Deputy Chief Constable B.J. Harrington is quoted in the story.
Topic 2 concerns a video of Fairfax County (Virginia) Police pursuing driver Isaac Bonsu when he bails out of his car but apparently forgets to put it in park before running in front of it and being run over by his own car.
