Topic 2 concerns a video of an unnamed Hoover (Alabama) Police officer fatally shooting Emantic “EJ” Bradford, Jr. while responding to a shooting at a shopping mall. Bradford was armed with a gun at the time and thought by the officer at the time to be the shooter. Attorney General Steve Marshall, who cleared the officer, is quoted in the story.
