Topic 1 concerns whether or not law enforcement officers should be able to use marijuana in states were the drug is legal. Massachusetts police chiefs are forbidding their officers from using the narcotic, even though it is being decriminalized under state law. Quoted in the story is Attorney Jack Collins.

Topic 2 concerns Alabama couple Zachary Edwards and Raphel Dilligard who planted a fake bomb at the Magnolia Elementary School with plans to shoot responding officers and to rob a bank during the commotion.
