Topic 1 concerns body cam video of suspect Mark Mora armed with a knife and resisting Pittsburg (California) Police attempts to arrest him when he stabs an unidentified officer in the neck. The use of a less-lethal projectile, a Taser and a K-9 were also recorded in the video.

Topic 2 concerns body cam video of suspect Donadony Blake Taylor armed with a long metal pipe and refusing to follow Santa Ana (California) Police Off. Gavin Roelofs’ requests to drop the pipe while engaging the officer. After deploying a Taser with unsuccessful results, Off. Roelofs fatally shot Taylor who was still armed with the pipe.
