Topic 1 concerns a video of 65-year-old motorist Debra Hamil refusing to sign an $80 ticket for a broken taillight, fleeing from the Cushion (Oklahoma) Police officer (who gave pursuit) in her vehicle, being extracted from her vehicle, kicking the officer in his groin and being Tasered before being taken into custody.
