Topic 1 concerns the shooting death of man Rayshard Brooks, by Atlanta (Georgia) Police officers Garrett Rolfe and Devin Brosnan. Reference is also made to Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields resigning as a result.
Topic 2 concerns Fort Myers (Florida) Police Officer Tyler Williams who is being charged with Child Abuse and Neglect (3rd degree felony). He stopped driver Leslie Zeagler for speeding and her 3-year-old daughter Serenity Robinson was not in a car seat. Officer Williams did not cite her and a month later the mom was high on drugs and crashed her car killing Serenity who was not in a car seat. Chief Derrick Diggs is referenced saying Off. Williams did not report the mother to the Department of Children and Families and that is why he was arrested. The chief has also placed Off. Williams on UNPAID administrative leave and he may also be charged with policy violations.
