Topic 1 concerns civilian Nolan Kemmerer who created and sold signs saying “Trooper Kelly #pspstrong.” (PSP commonly stands for the Pennsylvania State Police) as a fundraiser for critically wounded Pennsylvania State Trooper Cpl. Seth Kelly. Kemmerer, who owns Rapid Wraps N’ Signs, was sued by the nonprofit PSP Strong Association via their president Danielle Petros for trademark infringement. Forks Township (Pennsylvania) Police Cpl. Shawn Hummer was so upset upon hearing this that he has started a fundraiser to help pay Kemmerer’s legal fees.
Topic 2 concerns a video of Volusia County (Florida) Sheriff’s School Resource Deputy James Moore taking an uncooperative 16-year-old student to the ground during an altercation at Spruce Creek High School. Sheriff Mike Chitwood is fully backing his deputy publicly.
Topic 3 concerns defendant Holly Malone who was arrested by Connecticut State Police for allegedly depositing human excrement in the middle of a cul-de-sac.
