Topic 1 concerns a video of ex-con Alexander Carballido in a 56-second barrage of gunfire during a shootout with law enforcement near the Miami (Florida) International Airport. Hundreds of rounds were fired that ended with Carballido being shot and killed.
Topic 2 concerns the Pennsylvania Supreme Court affirming the conviction of rap artist Jamal Knox for threatening to kill Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania) Police officers Michael Kosko and Detective Daniel Zeltner in a gangsta rap video titled F–k the Police that he produced. Knox’s argument that the First Amendment protected his speech was rejected. Reference was made to Rashee Beasley and Richard Poplawski in the story.
