Topic 1 concerns the Atlanta Police Department’s refusal to partner with the federal government on task forces unless they allow officers to wear body worn cameras. Reference was made to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), U.S. Marshals, APD spokesman Carlos Campos, Chief Erika Shields and suspect Jimmy Atchison in the story.
