Craig’s attorney asserts that the burden of proof is on police to prove that the arrest was not racially motivated. Quoted in the story is Attorney S. Topic 2 concerns an officer safety alert for the state of Texas after the above video went viral and a viewer stated that people should “kill all the white cops in Fort Worth”.
