Topic 1 concerns former Denver (Colorado) Police officers Devin Sparks and Randy Murr winning a decision by the Colorado Supreme Court where they get their jobs back along with 10 years of back pay. They were initially fined and suspended for three (3) days after beating Michael DeHerrera in April of 2009, but Safety Manager Ron Perea rescinded the suspensions a month later and fired them for lying.
