Topic 2 concerns a lawsuit against Orlando and its Police Department in response to the Pulse Night Club shooting massacre. Survivors and victim’s families brought the lawsuit to an appeals court, which was then thrown out.

Topic 3 concerns a female teen allegedly coughing on Rock Hill (South Carolina) Police officers while they were investigating a fight between the teen and others. The 17-year-old was arrested after the incident and placed under house arrest. The teen later apologized on social media for the incident.

Topic 4 concerns a Florida Sheriff who suspended a Union president over his critiques on the Sheriff’s COVID-19 response. Broward County Sheriff Gregory Tony suspended Union president Jeff Bell with pay following Bell’s critique. Bell’s attorney Attorney Eric T. Schwartzreich said, “It was Jeff Bell’s job as union president to voice his concerns for their safety. He was suspended for doing his job.”
