Topic 2 concerns bodycam video of Vallejo (California) Police Off. Ryan McMahon in foot pursuit of bicyclist Ronnell Foster. Foster gets into a fight with Off. McMahon as he resists arrest, Off. McMahon deploys his Taser, Foster grabs Off. McMahon’s metal flashlight and attempts to strike him with it before he is shot by the officer.
