Smith stopping two women in a vehicle after they went through a QuickTrip drivethru and obtained free food after displaying a law enforcement badge. Driver Pektra Edgerton was charged with impersonating an officer after wearing a badge belonging to and given to her by friend and Department of Community Supervision employee Brandi Green.
