Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna (Delaware) because of concerns over their treatment and leadership of the U.S. by President Trump. Department of Corrections Sergeant Steven Floyd was killed. Department of Correction Commissioner Perry Phelps was quoted in the story.

Topic 2 concerns Robert M. Gill who was in prison for drug offenses until President Barack Obama commuted his life sentence in 2015 along with approximately 1,700 other federal inmates. Gill is back in jail for allegedly purchasing one kilogram of cocaine with the intent to distribute.
