Topic 2 concerns an update on Seattle (Washington) City Council President Bruce Harrell deciding tax dollars will pay to defend Councilmember Kshama Sawant in the defamation lawsuit from Seattle Police officers Scott Miller and Michael Spaulding. Zion had stabbed Deputy Juan Lopez immediately prior to being shot by Deputy Higgins. Reference was made to Kimberly Zion, the deceased’s mother, and Judge Alex Kozinski.
