Topic 2 concerns an update on Seattle (Washington) City Council President Bruce Harrell deciding tax dollars will pay to defend Councilmember Kshama Sawant in the defamation lawsuit from Seattle Police officers Scott Miller and Michael Spaulding. She falsely stated they committed a “brutal murder” in the fatal shooting of Che Taylor. Reference was made to another lawsuit brought against her by Carl Haglund. Assistant City Attorney Joe Groshong was also mentioned.

Topic 3 concerns videos and an update in a unanimous U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that Orange County (California) Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Higgins can be sued for excessive deadly force after he fatally shot Connor Zion (emptying his gun twice) and stomped on his head three (3) times. Zion had stabbed Deputy Juan Lopez immediately prior to being shot by Deputy Higgins. Reference was made to Kimberly Zion, the deceased’s mother, and Judge Alex Kozinski.
