Topic 1 concerns a video of Fresno (California) Police Sgt. Ray Villalvazo fatally shooting fleeing 16-year-old homicide suspect Isiah Murrietta-Golding with a single shot to the head. Murrietta-Golding was involved in a homicide before this shooting, he was seen holding a gun in surveillance video the day before, he was known to carry a gun, he fled from police on foot while placing his hands in the waistband of his pants, he jumped a fence to a daycare center and looked at Sgt. Villalvazo before immediately placing his left hand in the waistband of his pants before being shot by Sgt. Villalvazo. Attorney Stuart Chandler, Chief Andy Hall and Fresno Police Officers Association President Todd Fraizer are referenced in this story.
