Topic 1 concerns a video of pedestrian Joseph Santos jumping onto an occupied Allentown (Pennsylvania) Police SUV and refusing to follow lawful commands when he approached the officer and was fatally shot.
Topic 2 concerns a video of Volusia County (Florida) Sheriff’s Deputy Brandon Watson on a domestic violence call when he Tasered Emmanuel Alquisiras in order to protect the mother of his children. Alquisiras eventually took possession of the Taser and attempted to use it on the deputy before he was fatally shot by Deputy Watson. Sheriff Mike Chitwood is quoted in the story.
