Hey Chip, great show I was wondering if you could do a segment on what I see as a ridiculous infringement on our 2nd Amendment rights bill HR3999 . Since you have former ATF officers on the show from time to time , what do they feel on this very vague bill. How do you even determine a set cycle rate on an ar15 ? Since every semiautomatic is one shot per pull of the trigger everyone’s cycle rate is going to be different. I’m pretty much one on one with Davids view on every show I’ve watched with him in it, so if he is on the show he will probably represent my views on the subject well. Mossberg 590 Shockwave and Remington Tac 14 which are huge sellers right now, are being considered by some Texas LEOs to be a illegal, as short-barreled shotguns, who have vowed to make arrests. They are not “shotguns” and not a violation. Another case of cops not knowing how to classify a firearm.
