Topic 1 concerns a video of Baltimore (Maryland) Police officers Sgt. Bill Shiflett and Off. Christopher Miller in a shootout with Ashanti Pinkney in which Sgt. Shiflett was hit and Pinkney was killed. Victim David Caldwell is referenced in the story.
Topic 2 concerns a video of Milwaukee (Wisconsin) Police responding to a domestic violence call when they encountered Javon Lewis who refused commands to stop and identify himself. While fleeing from police suspect Lewis turned and fired four (4) shots from a handgun at officers and shot one (1) in his holster. Officers returned fire, struck Lewis and arrested him.

Millan refused to cooperate with ICE agents or to identify himself and exit the vehicle until his driver’s window was shattered by law enforcement and he was dragged out of his car.
