Topic 1 concerns an update on alleged Uzbekistan terrorist Abdulkadir Masharipov who is accused of committing the New Year’s nightclub massacre that killed 39 people in Istanbul, Turkey. He has been captured and there is more information. Prime Minister Binali Yildirim and Governor Vasip Sahin were quoted in the story.

Topic 2 concerns Baltimore (Maryland) Police Detective Dawnyell Taylor being charged with two counts of second-degree assault on Tonia Taylor. Detective Dawnyell was the lead investigator on the Freddie Gray case that resulted in six Baltimore police officers (the Baltimore Six) being charged criminally.

Topic 3 concerns felon Jose Vaca who approached Bakersfield (California) Police Officer Christian Hernandez with a loaded rifle in order to test a theory that he would not be shot. Hernandez was shot nine times.

Topic 4 concerns former Richland County (South Carolina) Deputy Ben Fields who was the Spring Valley High School Resource Officer cleared but fired after he forcibly removed a resisting black female student who refused to leave. He is now suing his department for releasing false information and damaging his reputation. Sheriff Leon Lott was quoted in the story.
