Topic 2 concerns California Highway Patrol troopers stopping a car after someone saw a girl tied up in the backseat and called 911. The troopers found a 17-year-old bound and gagged girl in the backseat and determined that her 67-year-old father and 21-year-old sister forced her into the car and were taking her to a drug treatment facility in Mexico. The girl was taken into protective custody.
