Topic 1 concerns body camera video footage of a North Las Vegas Police Motor Unit officer attempting to stop a speeding truck and then firing several shots at driver Feliz Cuautle-Coyolt because of a perception that he was trying to hit him. Cuautle-Coyolt was apprehended later and still on video by a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police K-9 team.
