LEO Round Table is an internet based law enforcement talk show. Topic 1 concerns new developments in the Oakland police sex scandal. ABC 7 News’ I-Team did an exclusive interview with Celeste Guap who is alleging having sex (some of which was when she was underage) with 16 Oakland police officers, 6 Richmond police officers, 4 Alameda sheriff deputies, 3 San Francisco police officers, 1 Contra Costa sheriff’s deputy, 1 Livermore police officer and 1 U.S. Military Defense Logistics Agency police officer.
Topic 2 concerns the resignation of Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Ricardo Perez after being accused of having sex with Celeste Guap when she was 17-years-old. Former Deputy Perez is also facing a criminal investigation.
Topic 3 concerns the reassignment of two (2) Richmond (California) police officers after they were accused of having sex with Celeste Guap. Lieutenant Andrew Hill and Officer Jerred Tong have both been reassigned. Also mentioned in the story is Sergeant Armando Moreno and Sergeant Mike Rood. Topic 4 concerns the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety purchasing Electronic Recovery and Access Data (ERAD) machines in order to scan prepaid debit cards in order to seize suspicious money. Topic 5 concerns 944 lost guns (since 2010) that used to belong to California law enforcement officers. Of these, 717 are unaccounted for, 192 were stolen and 35 were misplaced. Quoted in the article is FBI Agent Jim Wedick and Senator Jerry Hill.
Topic 6 concerns former Sacramento County Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan McGowan who was recently convicted for illegally selling firearms. He has been sentenced to 18 months in prison. Quoted in the story is U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert. Also convicted in reference to this case is Robert Snellings of Snellings Firearms.
