Topic 1 concerns a video of Riverside and Dayton (Ohio) Police officers in a lengthy vehicle pursuit of Adam Cottrill as the suspect was actively shooting at them. Following a vehicle crash, policed used less-lethal rounds to subdue and arrest Cottrill.
