Topic 1 concerns the FBI arresting Baruch Feldheim in Brooklyn, New York after he hoarded 3M N95 respirators, personal protection surgical masks, medical gowns and disinfecting devices in order to profit by selling them at inflated prices. He also told FBI agents that he had the COVID-19 virus, coughed on them and lied to them about hoarding.
Topic 2 concerns whether or not police and correctional officer deaths during the COVID-19 pandemic should be considered line-of-duty deaths (LODDs). The National Fallen Firefighter Foundation (NFFF) and the Public Safety Officers’ Benefits (PSOB) Act were referenced in the story.
