Topic 2 concerns female police officers in the city of Querétaro (Mexico) who have filed complaints to the state’s Human Rights Commission that male commanders are subjecting them to “attractiveness” inspections. Two complainants named in the story are Officer Maricruz Ocampo and Officer Coincidir Mujeres. Also mentioned is Querétaro Police Chief Rolando Eugenio Hidalgo Eddy and a strike by other officers demanding his resignation. Quoted in the article is security analyst Alejandro Hope.
Topic 3 concerns Escobedo (Mexico) Police Officer Nildo Garcia who took a photo of herself while on-duty and in uniform with both breasts exposed. She was holding a rifle in her patrol car at the time and the photograph went viral on Facebook.
