Topic 2 concerns a video of Casper (Wyoming) Police officers Jacob Carlson and Randi Garrett in a shootout with sovereign citizen David Wolosin who was a front seat passenger in a vehicle that his 3-year-old child was driving. Officer Carlson was struck by at least 5 bullets and critically wounded while suspect Wolosin was killed. Chief Keith McPheeters is referenced in the video. Topic 3 concerns a viral video of Miami (Florida) Police Officer Mario Figueroa seemingly attempting to kick cooperative car theft suspect David Suazo who was in a prone position on the ground. Officer Figueroa has been charged with criminal assault. In another attached video Off. Figueroa tells suspect Suazo that he intentionally missed kicking him in the head because he was only trying to get him to comply. Chief Jorge Colina and Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge 20 President Edward Lugo are quoted in the story.
