The insurance company for the City settled the lawsuit for $1.5 million. U.S. District Judge E. Richard Webber, Mayor James Knowles III and Attorney Anthony Gray are referenced in the story. Officer Darren Wilson was cleared in a U.S. Department of Justice investigation into the shooting death of Michael Brown.
