Greg Lacerra pepper spraying an uncooperative teenager before taking him to the ground and then Deputy Christopher Krickovich placing his head on the ground twice with force and striking him in the head. New Broward County Sheriff Gregory Tony, Mayor Mark Bogen and Broward Sheriff’s Office Deputies Association President Jeff Bell are referenced in the story.
