Topic 1 concerns Scott County (Kentucky) Sheriff’s Deputy Jaime Morales telling Kentucky State Police investigators that he was more afraid of getting shot by one of his fellow LEOs than the actual bad guys. Deputy Morales was shot and paralyzed by an unidentified law enforcement officer while they were trying to capture fugitive Edward R. Reynolds who was killed in the confrontation.
