Topic 2 concerns two NYPD (New York) detectives being accused of raping an 18-year-old girl in a police van. The detectives allegedly have responded that the sex was consensual. The New York Post has identified the girl as Anna Chambers and the detectives as Richard Hall and Eddie Martins. Reference was also made to NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill and Sgt. John Espey.
