Topic 1 concerns a video of Summerville (North Carolina) Police Officer R. Gayhart on a traffic stop with driver Timothy Sledziona. Sledziona becomes argumentative, curses at the officer and refuses to produce his driver’s license and registration. Next, Sledziona starts his engine and speeds away with Off. Gayhart on the passenger side running board. Officer Gayhart eventually falls off of the vehicle and discharges his firearm. Officer Gayhart sought treatment for his injuries at the hospital and Sledziona was arrested at his home.
