Topic 1 concerns burglar Andrew David Jensen who allegedly defecated in a toilet during a burglary and did not flush. Ventura County (California) Sheriff’s Detective Tim Lohman confirmed that sheriff’s investigators were able to collect DNA from the fecal evidence which led to the arrest of Jensen.
Topic 2 concerns former South Yorkshire (England) Police Officer Adrian Pogmore who was sentenced to one (1) year in prison. Pogmore used a police helicopter to film a couple having sex on their patio, a woman sunbathing nude and two other nude subjects. Judge Peter Kelson QC was referenced in the story.
Topic 3 concerns former Kern County Sheriff’s deputies Logan August and Derrick Penney who received three (3) years of probation instead of five (5) years in federal prison from U.S. District Court Judge Lawrence O’Neill. Both deputies pled guilty to stealing drugs from evidence lockers and selling them on the street. Reference was made to their wives, Tiffany August and Callie Penney. Former officers Patrick Mara and Damacio Diaz, both serving prison sentences for trafficking in methamphetamine, are reference in the story as well.
