Topic 1 concerns Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Donna “Jane” Watts losing in court after suing Miami Police officers Pablo Camacho, Roshan Milliagan, Jesus Pedraza, Jamie Ramirez and David Ciserno. Trooper Watts successfully sued 88 other law enforcement officers from 25 jurisdictions for violating her privacy by illegally accessing her personal information over 200 times. She made headlines after pulling over and arresting Miami Police Officer Fausto Lopez at gunpoint for speeding in his marked police car.
