Topic 5 concerns Milwaukee County (Wisconsin) Sheriff David Clarke winning a decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court. The high court reversed a lower court’s decision by saying Sheriff Clarke does not have to release information on people in his jail suspected of being in the country illegally because the federal government prohibits it.
