Topic 1 concerns a video of Spokane (Washington) Police officers Dan Lesser and Scott Lesser as police K-9 Murphy enters a vehicle to repeatedly bite and apprehend suspected armed suspect Lucas Ellerman. After this encounter Off. Lesser was suspended for one (1) day for his language and failure to immediately activate his body camera. Officer Lesser also left the K-9 unit.
