Topic 1 concerns a grand jury’s decision not to indict Cedar Rapids (Iowa) Police Officer Lucas Jones in the shooting of suspect Jerime Mitchell that left him paralyzed. Officer Jones is a K-9 officer and the suspect engaged both Off. Jones and his K-9. Prosecutor Jerry Vander Sanden was quoted in the story.

Topic 2 concerns the St. Paul (Minnesota) City Council voting to kick police off of their Police-Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission. St. Paul police union President Dave Titus is quoted in the story. Reference was also made to the Philando Castile fatal shooting.

Topic 3 concerns bystanders Frank Borghette and Shabin Shakhawath who stepped in to help an unnamed Boston (Massachusetts) police officer in a fight with suspect Patrick Lowry.

Topic 4 concerns New York Police Department Detective David Terrell who is accused of gambling for the freedom of arrestee Kenny Shenery. The detective has been stripped of his gun and badge.
