When passenger Marrison refused to follow commands and fled on foot, the deputy deployed his Taser, used his expandable baton and received help from bloody civilian Shawn Kelly before finally subduing the subject.

Topic 2 concerns a video of suspect Caleb Blaylock armed with a 10-inch knife, refusing to follow commands from Las Vegas (Nevada) Police Officer William Pollock and stabbing himself while walking away from Off.
