During the fight subject Graves grabbed Off. Cardenas’ Taser and used it on Off. Davis. Officer Davis then verbalized to Off. Cardenas twice that subject Graves had a gun. Officer Cardenas then fatally shot subject Graves twice in the back. District Attorney Beth Heckert is referenced in the story.
