Topic 3 concerns North Miami Police Officer Jonathan Aledda mistakenly shot caretaker Charles Kinsey instead of autistic patient Arnaldo Rios in 2016. Prosecutors have charged him with additional attempted manslaughter and culpable negligence charges.
