Topic 2 concerns a video of Denver (Colorado) Police officers in a violent fight with Navy veteran David Baker after he choked his brother-in-law and while he was choking a police officer and trying to steal an officer’s Taser. Baker died of restraint asphyxia after being arrested. Chief Nick Metz narrates the video.
