Topic 2 concerns a video of Gwent (Wales) Police officers Rhydian Jones, Gareth Marsh and Ashley Cotton engaging armed Tony Buttigieg with only a Taser. Buttigieg was armed with two knives and repeatedly attempted to stab Off. Jones during the struggle.
