Topic 1 concerns a new study conducted by University of Indianapolis Psychology Professor Aaron Kivisto and published in the American Journal of Public Health. The study shows that fatal shootings of civilians by law enforcement officers happen less often in states with stricter gun laws than those that are less stringent.
Topic 2 concerns why Gun-Free Zones do not work and why Combat Profiling does. Reference is made to the book Left of Bang by authors Patrick Van Horne and Jason Riley. The author of this story is Doug Willie.
