Topic 1 concerns a video of an unidentified Riverside (Ohio) Police officer approaching a shoplifting suspect who allegedly stole a 12-pack of beer. When the officer attempts to handcuff the subject, the subject resists and a violent fight takes place in which the officer is struck in the head numerous times and the subject escapes.
